Coaching is A safe space to reconnect and heal
Healing isn’t about doing more, it’s about having a safe place to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover yourself.
Coaching with me is a gentle, collaborative process that helps you understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild trust with yourself, one step at a time.
This space is for you if…
You often feel stuck in survival mode — always alert, always “on.”
You question yourself or feel guilty for having needs.
You’re tired of people-pleasing, overthinking, and trying to be “enough.”
You long to feel calm, grounded, and safe in your own body.
You’re ready to experience gentleness instead of pressure and begin living with more peace and confidence.
You are tired of triggers and overwhelm taking over your whole day.
What Our Work Looks Like
Our sessions are calm, relational, and guided by what feels safe for you in the moment. We may explore body awareness, grounding exercises, nervous-system regulation, parts work and compassionate reflection.
Rather than reliving the past, we focus on helping your body feel safe now so that healing can naturally unfold.
We truly thrive and recover when we also feel supported compassionately and in judgement free spaces where all parts of who we are can have a voice and space to be seen and heard.
Here is the simple process to getting started
-

Step 1: Start Here-Schedule a Get-to-know-you Call
This is a free 20-minute conversation where we can meet.
You’ll have space to share what’s been coming up for you, ask questions, and see if coaching feels like the right fit.
There’s no pressure or expectation, just an open, safe space to explore what support might look like for you. -

Step 2: Create Your Healing Plan
If we decide to move forward, we’ll talk about what kind of support feels best for you, weekly or biweekly sessions, and the areas you’d like to focus on first. Together, we’ll build a foundation and establish a relationship that creates the environment and pace that fits your needs.
-

Step 3: Begin Your Healing Journey
We’ll meet regularly for 60-minute sessions (online), creating a steady rhythm of care and growth. Each session offers space to listen to your body, explore what’s arising, and build practical tools for regulation, self-trust, and connection. Over time, you’ll begin to feel more grounded, confident, and at home in yourself.
Healing takes time, space, and support. This investment reflects the time, care, and presence I bring to each session, and the commitment we share to your healing journey.

Trauma-Informed Care
Trauma-Informed Care
What is Trauma-Informed Care?
It is compassionate care that is focused on creating a safe, secure, supportive relationship and environment for people based on trust, transparency, collaboration, choice and empowerment.
It seeks to ask, “What do you need to feel safe? What I can I do to help you feel more comfortable?” It takes into considerations peoples backgrounds, cultures, beliefs and adversities. It seeks to do no further harm. It is not behavior focused, nor uses “labels”. It seeks to help individuals understand that they are not broken or defective, but to make sense of the way their brains and bodies are adapting to what’s happened to them.
Trauma-informed care is helping people to live the lives they want to live, while building skills for life and resilience.
